So, heres my dilemma...

My birthday is in 15 days, so a little over two weeks. I want to have a flatter stomach by then, because we are going to the beach and I want to be able to waltz around in my bikini without wanting to cry.
I am actually thin to begin with, I just have parts on me that aren't what I want.

My stomach for example. It has already shrunk quite a bit these past two weeks, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to make my stomach smaller?
Foods to avoid, cardio that will blast it, workouts to try? I am not expecting to have six pack abs, I just want it to be a little flatter.

Help?
