Hey Cameo, are you BF? If so, just be careful with weight loss as it will really reduce your milk production .... Other than that, take your little bundle of joy everywhere in the pram (download an app for your pedometer) and stay hydrated ! :) X Good luck

As most of the resonses .... clean up the diet .... Cut out: Wheat Processed food Foods that make you gassy/bloat (E.G Onions . Beans etc)

what are oatmeal cups ? Loads of suggestions on here - really good !! I think i just need to get out of the mind-set of eating 'breakfast' food , and its ok to have a bit of chicken and tomatoe to start the day :)
