  • I thought I was the only one! I have been really on not consuming so much sugar for the last 4-5 months and when I do I actully get horrible headaches! It makes me get back on track as well if I fall of the wagon. I thought it was just my body. I wonder why your body does that though? Any thoughts?

  • Hello, I wanted to comment on the breastfeeding comment you made. It is so true that some people don't lose their pregnancy weight through breastfeeding. I did not at all. So now I am on my way to weight loss the good old fashion way, healthy eating and exercise!
  • I eat all my meals later personally so I am not starving later on in the day. I eat Breakfast around 10 am-11am. I eat lunch around 2-3p.m and eat dinner around 8pm and go to bed around 10pm.
