I'm super cold all the time so I use a trick I learned in Japan. In the fabric store you can find ribbing, get any color you want. I measure from under breasts to above hips then add 6-8 inches to tuck it up and down, then wear it around under my clothes, it makes a huge difference.

My take on this is probiotics. If you give her juice or any drink add a bit of probio to it (there's a powdered kid one) it works miracles as far as the immune system and digestion issues of any kind. I was raised dairy free and I recommend that highly as well.

I"ve heard really bad things about it and avoid it. It's gmo, (micro-tears in arteries examined postmortem) and the way it takes all the minerals out of the soil but doesn't retain them or provide them back to you? there's alot to goggle about it :)
