1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberrys 2 ice cubes 1 small banana small handfull of spinich (cant even taste it) 2 tbs splenda blend all together and it is super yummy and its only 151 cal for the whole thing

I box spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin soo good and moist we even put ff cool whip on top but it doesnt need it.

I always use flatout wraps for the crust. Our favorite is bbq chicken pizza. Its so good and healthy to. Mix pizza sauce with bbq sauce and spread on wrap. then mix bbq sauce with chicken and add to pizza with your fav toppings.

i took a week off from the gym and upped my calorie intake for the week when i was on a plateau and i did gain a little but when i started back on track i lost it very quickly and am still loosing. you just have to shock your body to make it keep changing.

i found i get better results from doing mfp and weight watchers. with being on ww i eat alot better and healthier. when i was just doing mfp i seemed to eat not so good for ya food as long as i stayed withing my calories for the day. plus i notice the scale drop faster on both. good luck!

I love them also. we even found a super low fat chili dog sauce it is called Castleberrys American originals hot dog chilli sauce and its only 10 calories for 2 tablespoons and its yummy.

you can use better n peanut butter which tastes no different than regular peanut butter and is sold at any spartan grocery store. it has 85 percent less fat and 45 less calories than regular. and you can us country crock light margarine. hope this helps. i just made them for a family xmas party and no one new the…

I totally agree with snookumss. the same thing happend to me. so i also for a whole week went under and over my calories just to see what it would do and i did gain a little at first but then i suddenly seen the scale start to drop. and i couldnt be happier! Good luck!!

I also love mashed potatoes and just to let you know Betty Crocker has a bag of instant mashed potatoes for only 80 calories a serving and it is a pretty large serving. They r really good and depending on what flavor you get most of them u dont even need to put butter over top.

smart ones egg scramble is yummy!! pop it in the microwave and low cal super filling breakfast in minutes. actually smart ones have alot of different breakfasts to choose form. you should check them out.
