  • When my weight seemed "stuck," I just kept plugging away and eventually the numbers on the scale moved. Try changing the foods you are eating or the exercise you are doing for the better (eat more vegetables, exercise more).
  • I look at the week as a whole and the weekly calories more than what I am "supposed to eat" on each day. I don't eat when I'm not hungry just to "eat the calories" from exercise!
