i just eat the cheap own brand frozen meals from each supermarket. there not low calorie , but they are small portions so they end up less caloires than the "low calorie" stuff. not taste to bad either

hi protein foods help a lot . i used to get the shakes as wel a lot , them massive binge , only thing that i found that helped was protein shakes
