only about 50 mins a time apart from saturday which is about 60mins(set up weights for deadlift and t bar) i use Jefit app, only 60 seconds break each set/exercise , so it helps cut down the time a lot

protien fills you up a lot more than carbs or fat of the same amount of calories. that makes them good, protein helps build muscle so having too much is not a bad thing at all
