5:2 diet and weights ?
A friend has said for me to try the 5:2 diet. Which includes 2days of fasting. I do weights 4 times a week. Has any one tryed this diet who also dies weights , and how is it ?

chicken raw vs cooked
i bought 1kg of frozen chicken packet said ,there was 1.01kg (900 cals, 180 protein) once i cooked it went down to 640g how do i log this? as 1kg or 640g of chicken

good carb after running
i am after a good carb after a run or cardio could not figure out why i crash so bad sometimes after run. i have just had a look at my diary my daily goal for carb is 215, and i only having 68. even if i not do any cario, i still need 120 any idea's ? i eat plenty of oats

best food for after a long run, or heavy cardio ?
i am beginning to notice that after a long run or a 60 min workout i am ok, but about 2 hours later i start to feel not right im not hungry , but need food or some thing its like im crashing , not the best wording , but best i can do what food can i have that will stop this please ?
