Maybe, possibly youre doing it all wrong. Do you weigh all your food? Do you log accurately? You could very well be eating more than you realize.0

i keep accurate track when ever possible,
tonight was a guess because had a takeaway, because going camping for next week, so last chance of hot food0 -
You've only been logging since Sunday. 7.5g of peanut butter is crazy tiny, same with your chicken. Are you weighing these? Though, it doesn't matter, a few days isn't an accurate measurement of anything. You're a guy, you should be able to lose easily at 1700, if logging accurately. I'm 5'3.5" and female and lose at 1650 net. Here's a good read to get you started.

Your profile says your maintenance calories is about 2100. Why are you taking such a drastic deficit? It isn't healthy. If you are set to "lose 2 pounds per week", then you need to set it to 1 pound.
And, I'm not sure why your maintenance calories would only be 2100 as an active male. I am a female older than you, and that is near my maintenance. Are you certain that is correct?0 -

You're 200lbs and you track "whenever possible".
You're not eating 1200 a day. You're eating far more than that and don't realize it because you don't accurately track your food.0 -
I think you may be weighing too often and taking normal fluctuations as weight gain.
Also I think you may be neglecting to mention eating back your exercise cals and that the 1200 or 1500 are your goals before that.
Least I hope so.0 -

Track and weigh all of your foods, even supplements if you take them.
Make sure your numbers are calculated accurately based upon your current stats and weight loss goals and try to hit your macro's as much as possible and as close as possible.
It's not rocket science and works as proven a million times over by the folks on this site.
1200 calories will just keep you heavy and tired.
It might be the kinds of foods you're eating too... I didn't look at your diary and I know you can eat anything and still lose weight as it's not really the type of foods, but the amount. But personally I find that when I eat very clean I can hit my numbers, be satisfied, have plenty of energy and maintain or lose weight when I want too.
Hope this helps0 -

Your food diary is all over the place some days not tracked. Suspect entries. Some days way over your so called '1200' calories other days 800 calories. if your serious about this you need to track accurately and eat properly. It's just that simple.

I looked at your diary.....to start with, you need to eat more, a lot more to actually lose weight, especially if you want to lose fat and not muscle. Where are your fruits and veggies? How much water do you drink? It looks like your sodium could be high, you could also track that along with what you currently track.0
