body pump and doing weights?

i been getting back into doing weights , 4 day split routine.
i have also just started to a boxercise class and a class in a boxing gym which mixes pad and cardio work

i used to like doing body pump classes , would it be counter productive to the heavy weights i do 4 times a week ?
