binge about 1 out off 4 days

from what i can tell .
i fail about 1 out off 4 days , by bininging.
i try to limit the binge though . but can only do what i can .

i want all the help and advice you can give.

i can go the few days ok
but then get the shakes and mood swings, i have tryed sleeping through it but that not work.
tryed drinking though it , but thats not good either.

any advice you can give

    You have a target of 1200 calories and you're a normal-sized guy. You need to eat a reasonable amount of food.

    Holy crap dude. If I was eating what you are eating, I would be going nuts also. We are the same size. I was still loosing weight at 1960 per day. I had to go up to 2160 just to stop loosing. You keep eating the same things everyday. I tried 1200, and I was crazy. At the minimum, go to 1460. I have a very stationary job, and haven't been going to the gym lately. Read through my diary, and go back about 3 weeks.

    Whoa, your calories are really low. I'm a 5'2 woman and I'm losing on 1400 plus exercise calories. You're a guy and automatically need more calories. You're getting the shakes because you need to eat more. More specific stats would be helpful in estimating you're specific caloric needs.

    You also need more fat and carbs in your diet. Don't go for extremes, you need to find a nice balance of fat, carbs, and protein. Go see of nutritionist.

    I would start by eating more daily..most men your size would be eating around 2300 calories per day

    Dude - just in case you haven't gotten it yet - EAT MORE FOOD! If you eat a reasonable amount on a daily basis you'll be much less likely to binge.

    Good Lord, no wonder you're in a bad mood, shaky, and bingeing every four days--you're hardly eating anything at all between those four binge days.

    You are a guy, you know, and you can get away with eating much more calories.

    I'm 5 ft. 4 1/2 in. tall and four pounds from my goal and I eat around 2,000 and am still losing weight. I do exercise every day, but if I wasn't I would be eating 1,530.

    Up those calories with some good protein and a balanced diet and your mood will improve greatly.

    Yeah, you don't eat enough. I'm roughly your size and I can lose weight steadily at 1700 calories/day.
