i have a mixture of good bad weeks and good ones
the tend to be in the range of time , hours at work , with energy
so my question is "when" you have a bad week, (60+ hours) how can you get your "fat" *kitten* to the gym ??

My day usually starts at 6:00, leave for work shortly after 7:00, and am usually home around 6:00 (later if I have an evening work function). Can't get much done in the evenings as this is homework time with the kids, taking care of the horses, and other family time. By your definition I think every day is a "bad day" :-) If I want a work out during the week I need to get up early. 5:30 for 30 minutes on the treadmill, earlier if I want a longer workout. Long runs usually wait for weekends.0

If I have an extremely busy week, I don't worry if I miss a few workouts, but I make sure my nutrition is spot-on. Weight loss is 90% food, only 10% exercise!0
