i need a bet?

i have a mate who i need to have a bet with , to keep us both on track

the problem is that we are both compleatly different
he is 18 stone and a builder, need to loose about 4 stone and put muscle on
im 12 stone and a software engineer, and i need to put muscle on .

is there a good way we can keep track and see who is doing best , as it will egg the other person on more ?

    if you both belong to a gym, go max out on the bench press. record how much you can lift three times. or even once, i guess. then pick a date in the future to do it again. he would increased the percentage amount of weight he can lift, wins.
