Ever since I saw the documentary "Super Size Me" I haven't eaten at McD's(that was almost 2 years ago or more...) and along with that I stopped eating at ANY fast food place. If I go out to eat it is at subway, or a local deli with awesome salads, and every once in a while I will go to Sonny's BBQ(it's my hubby's favorite)…

I weighed in this morning and I lost 3lbs this past week!!! I also measured and lost 1 - 2 inches on my neck, waist and hips!! Happy Dancin' around the house!!! It is SO awesome to see results of hard work! Thanks for letting me share! Jess

I burn at least 500 a day or more on my cardio days it is almost double.

Maybe I am doing things backwards....... but I have been told that to lose 1 pound a week you have to burn 500 calories a day OR take 500 calories out of your diet.
