Hi! I've lost 12 pounds since the beginning of October, I have 88 pounds to go until I'm at my goal weight. Not rushing it! I'm in it for the long haul and logging daily. I want more friends, primarily around the same age as myself, 27. Add me and let's motivate each other!

Hi Hannah! Before I started at uni I lost 13 kg with mfp! Then school happened. I'm in my 2d year right now and I sure do know your struggles. I mostly eat vegitarian food but sometimes I eat white meat. Then again, I have vegandays to balance it out! I'm going to send you a friend request!

It is definatly fair since it will keep you motivated in mind. Like a litte reminder saying "hey, awesome that you have your cheat day today but remember what is up tomorrow". Personally I would make my best effort to guestimate what I'm eating on the cheat day since then my net cal for the week is much more accurate
