I MADE A TURKEY SPINACH BURGER, SIMPLE HEALTHY BURGER, WITH SPINACH, MUSHROOMS AND FETA CHEESE. MMMM - IT IS MOIST B/C OF THE FETA. I USUALLY ADD WHAT IS IN THE FRIDGE.:wink:

Will eat more veggies and fruit and of course my favorite, greek yogurt! Have to figure in some variety and spice so when I do eat it is a delicious meal and satisfying! :wink: what has worked for me in the past is PATIENCE! I tend to lose slowly, and gain slowly. I have gotten to my goal weight 128 at WW but then SLOWLY gained it back... up down up down. I am trying hard to remember to be the tortoise in the race.... and just keep at it. Also, I have to make my food interesting and tasty…

Well I am trying to get back on track so it is good to remember good ideas. I usually do not like turkey bacon, but I will eat Applegate Turkey Bacon which I microwave to close to crispy. It is great in salads or with eggs easy over, or in an omelet.
