I'm 5'10" highest weight 303 joined mfp at 285 current 260 goal 174 but I'll see how I feel when I get there! Could do with some motivation at the moment, tired, stressed, not working out enough, eating too much chocolate and have a cold coming! Feel free to add me :)

I use the 4kg because they are the only dumbbells I have. A little heavy for the lunge/arm raise but if I get really tired I alternate arms for a few. did use a pair of 1kg plates a while back but those were too light for me.

almost every day on the wii. Goes up for a few days at totm. Not worried about the fluctuations, the trend is down and I like looking at the wii graph. Try to only log weight on here on Saturdays though or I'd be losing the same lbs more than once.

I've not had any chocolate since the start of lent and I've been counting down to Easter day! Chocolate is my downfall, but I lost weight over Christmas when there was lots of chocolate about, so I am just going to log it within my daily calories and not stress about it :) A little bit of chocolate won't hurt, a lot…

I got a cheap one from aldi and I'm pleased with it. Shows my heart rate is very high when driving which is interesting... Seems about right when exercising, so I've been using the calories numbers in mfp. Took a bit of reading the manual to set up and it changed to basic mode one day and I thought it was broken.

I ran my first ever 5k today jogging at a slow pace in just over 50 minutes. I ran all the way, even the hill and came 150th out of 150! I have just finished the nhs c25k podcasts and knew I was nowhere near running 5k in 30 minutes, but wanted to do an official time to celebrate. I'm going to try and continue running 3…

At my heaviest I was just over 300 lb. I've just ordered nrolfw and I'm waiting for it to arrive! I've lost some weight swimming, doing c25k and cycling but I'm still 269 lbs. I'm 5' 10". I lost a lot of weight before I had my third child doing a weekly weight lifting session with cardio on other days but put it back on…

I'll add you. I'm 5'10 and although my first goal is 196 I will probably want to lose another 28lb on top of that... Doing c25k, swimming, cycling and tried to get into 30ds but no way can I do that every day! Add me if your goals are similar :)

Every morning on the wii wearing the same dressing gown. The wii plots a graph for me. I only log it on here once a week though.

I'm only just a runner, I've been doing the nhs couch to 5k program I'm on week 7 and can now do a slow jog for half an hour. What a difference a few weeks makes!

Lol I relate to that so well! I never found my figure after having my third child. Now she is nearly 14 I really have to do this. 5' 10" 268lb - I'm running (c25k) swimming and cycling my way back to onederland! Anyone in a similar position, please add me, open diarys please.

I'm 5'10" and my goal is 196 - 14 stone and in onederland. I remember being fairly happy at 13 stone though so if I get to 14 I will reevaluate. I'd quite like to be a size 16-18.

My 3 children are 19, 17 and 13 and I want to get back to my pre baby weight! I've lost a bit of weight over the last 2 years but people are noticing the difference this year now I've joined mfp and started running c25k. I've started to believe I CAN do it!

Congratulations on your baby :) I've still got over 50lbs to lose and trying to do it slowly with exercise to avoid skin problems.

According to the site tools bmi calculator 135 is a healthy weight and 100 is underweight. Have you thought about eating to maintain but doing some light weights to give a little muscle definition? A lot of people recomend the shred...

It's for this reason I'm wary of commenting when someones diary is closed! I eat loads. Just watch the chocolate and do some exercise :)
