  • Well, Angelina Jolie's plastic surgeon says that woman has definitely had her lips and nose done to look like Angelina. I wish the media would just ignore her, too. My wife and I can't stand the story.
  • I don't think that you have to eat all of your exercise calories. I rarely eat them all. Skiing is going to take a lot out of you, though. Your body will want/need fuel.
  • Last Thursday was day 90 for me. Unfortunately, I didn't start tracking my calories until around day 70 or so. That said, I still lost 17 lbs (6 in the 3 weeks since coming to MFP), and 5 inches around my belly. Stick with the P90 and MFP and you should see amazing results. Good luck.

  • That's all in 1 meal? Holy buckets!
  • I found this on the internet: Many people dismiss the cool down as a waste of time, or simply unimportant. In reality the cool down is just as important as the warm up, and if you want to stay injury free, it's vital. Although the warm up and cool down are just as important as each other, they are important for different…
  • I like the Body Fortress stuff. The price is pretty good. $13 or so at Walmart. I just dropped $31 on the Complete Nutrition Onyx brand. This is what the label says on Body Fortress' website.... * These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat,…
  • Any recommendations? I have been using the Body Fortress brand from Walmart, but my buddy told me to watch out for the cheaper brands. I guess since they're not regulated by the FDA, they can't put whatever they want on the nutrition label...true or not. I just got back from Complete Nutrition. Of course, the guy there…
  • I know it's been said before, but don't you just feel a lot better about a workout when you didn't want to do it in the first place? Way to stick with it! The Tri pushups are killer. How long have you been at P90?
  • You'll love it. The good thing is that you can control the intensity during phase 1/2. The host even says in the video to pause it if you need to. Good luck!

  • No new jeans yet. I did get some back into the rotation, though. They are loose on me now. I'm waiting to get to a comfortable 34 waist before I buy new ones.

  • I'm definitely going to keep going. What does Tony say? It's more like P10950 (30 years) :) My goal weight is 180. I'm at 193 now. I like the fact that I lost 5 inches around my gut. My arms are certainly bigger than they were when I started, too. P90X scares the bejeezers out of me, though....

  • So today is day 90 of Power 90 for me. I lost a total of 17 pounds over the course of the 90 days. I'm quite pleased with that, but I wonder what might have been....At first my attitude was, "I'm working out now, I don't have to change my eating habits all that much." Initially, that was ok. I think I lost 5-6 pounds…

  • Make sure you are using the correct power setting. I eat the Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs frequently. The instructions say to cook at 50% power for 4 minutes, stir, then cook for another 2.5-3 minutes at 50% power. They always come out good.
