Congratulations! One thing I love about seeing before and after pictures like yours is not necessarily the big difference in the way you look, but the look on your face. It appears to me that you are much happier with yourself. And that's awesome!

Be consistent with your logging. Don't listen to naysayers. Don't beat yourself up over slipups.

I think your body is telling you that you need a day off. Your legs are getting tired less than halfway into your planned work out. Take one day off of that specific exercise, then see how you feel the next day.

Must be the high fat with the keto diet. I don't do keto, but thought I was having a gallbladder issue. Maybe consider having some tests done on your gallbladder.

Sweet! Sounds like a pretty cool race. Good luck with your training.

Check out the Juno by Moving Comfort (Brooks). That's what my wife uses and she's a 40 E, I believe.

Hello to you! Any races coming up?

Nice. The Chilly Willy is definitely aptly named. Good luck and stay healthy for your next race!

Great results!

Training for RnR Dallas on March 20th, but I'll be running the Leprechaun Chase 10k in Omaha, NE on March 5th first.

Welcome and good luck with your training.

Google Runner's World Smart Coach. You'll have to register, but it's free. The training plans are somewhat customizable, and I think pretty good.

Nice! As a 49ers fan, I disapprove of the gif with Brandon Lloyd ducking a ball thrown to him. :)

Wow...That's so rude. "I'm fat. You're stupid. I can lose weight, but you'll still be stupid."

Very cool! I drove up that mountain once and got tired...this will be quite the awesome feat. I look forward to reading about it. But PLEASE don't use a misleading title. (sarcasm)

Good question. I'm on Garmin Connect.

It comes to the running store where I work in June.

Papillion Half Marathon. 2:01:52. My worst half to date. I thought I was trained-up enough, but I lost my mojo after 7.5 miles. Still not sure what went wrong. I hit all my tempo and speed work run paces.

Are you replenishing during your long runs? I like to refuel after 45 minutes if I'm going to be running an hour or more. You're body might be telling you that you need to.

I work part time at a running shoe store and we see people all the time that are in shoes that are too small. Was she overpronating? What shoe did she end-up with?

If you don't mind carrying water, you can try Tailwind Nutrition. You mix it with 24 oz of water. I've used Gu in the past and never had a problem with it. But on my last 2 long runs, I've carried water mixed with Tailwind. A lot easier than opening a Gu Gel pak.

Patience. I saw a quote from Tony Horton about why people stop exercising. He attributed it to people wanting to see immediate results. His response was that he made the P90X programs 90 days. Wait for the 90 days. Same goes with MFP. If you set your goal at 1 lb/week, be happy with that. Some weeks will be bad, others…

Welcome, arp! Hope your training goes well.

In all fun...I don't think you're human. No food before or water during a 1/2? Egad!
