Anything from the Schell Brewery in New Ulm, MN. Pretty much anything with "Bock" in the name. Even better...Schell's Bock! It's a seasonal beer and available now. I generally like most Oktoberfest beers as well.

I felt the same way after I did The Challenge for the first time. Good soreness the next day. That was my favorite workout in Block 1.

Doing Eccentric Lower for the first time today.

Just finished Eccentric Upper. Getting better at pushup and pullups.

Make sure you print and use the worksheets. I just picked a weight to start with, and wrote it down the first week...made little notes about how the weight worked for me and made adjustments for the week 2.

The Challenge tonight. Slowing increasing my pushup goal each week. Still using the bands for pullups. Someday I'll do real pullups.

Started week 3 of block 1 with Total Synergistics this morning.

Block 1, Week 2...The wife and I did Warrior this evening. Felt a little better about it than last week. Skipped Dynamix last week...checked it out tonight. Looking forward to it tomorrow.

I'm only 8 days in, but I'd definitely recommend it. Their are multiple schedules you can follow depending on your fitness needs and the workouts are interesting.
