  • It doesn't sound like you are eating enough? 1200 calories isn't very much. I started out my settings at 1 lb a week which gave me 1420 calories. It seems like everyone I know that has their calories at 1200 doesn't lose weight and once they change their setting and get more calories in them they start losing. Good luck!

  • This!!! I hate being between sizes! My clothes don't fit but I also don't want to go out and spend lots of money on clothes when I'm still losing. I've already done it once and those clothes are big too! I'm happy that I'm getting thinner, but it is annoying:)

  • I'm over on my sugar everyday too and so far I'm still losing weight. My sugar is often not the "good" sugar either, I have a horrible sweet tooth! At this point I'm not too concerned with it.

  • I have a pair of Oakley board shorts that I bought several years ago and could never fit into. I tried them on last week and they actually fit! Now I'm afraid that they might be too big for summer! So I guess my new target outfit will have to be a new bikini:)

  • I know this is me at the gym and probably about 90% of everyone else! Even if you are in a class everyone is concentrating on getting the moves right that no one has time to pay attention to what everyone else is doing (unless it's to see what we are doing wrong!). Once you get into a routine you won't feel self conscious:)

  • I'm 5'5" as well but always wear heels so people think I'm taller than I am! I've always wanted to be 5'8" so the 3" heels work well!

  • I don't know about the benefits of it, but I also do not eat before going to the gym in the morning (I go three mornings a week and take a 45 min. Spin class). I find (like you) that if I eat before I go to the gym I get sick to my stomach during the work out.
  • Wow! I didn't realize some of these sizes existed (no offense!!!)! I was a 36 B now probably a 34 B (with some room in the cup). I don't want them to get smaller!!!!
