  • I would also log it under cleaning. Also a tip from past wallpaper removal experience, I highly recommend using a steamer to loosen the paper and primer (I like Killz) before you paint:smile:
  • Let me first say I hate to run! My motto is "I would rather walk 10 miles than run 1!", that being said, when I do decide to run I do more of a run/walk so I don't get burned out too quickly so that may help you? As you get better at it you can up your running intervals and lessen your walking intervals. Good luck!

  • It's not too cold to go outside if you dress correctly:) I personally enjoy snowshoeing during the winter months and know several people who are into skiing (cross country and/or downhill). If the weather is exceptionally poor or cold there are always the back-up plan workout DVDs!
  • I generally don't eat all of my exercise calories back (I don't plan this it just depends on what I eat for the day) but I eat some of them. I try to keep my net calories over 1200 for the day though or else MFP will "yell" at you for not eating enough!
  • Spanx are awesome!! I'm sure you can find them online (not sure what stores sell them).
  • I work in the education system and one of our secretaries actually has a list of names that we have come across! For example: Flame, Chardonnay, ****head, Imunique (pronounced I'm unique), Desire, Sparkle, Princess, Sky Blue, ... there are probably at least 50 names on the list and we keep adding more!

  • I try to be in bed no later than 10pm and I only go early three days a week (I go to Spin class at 6 am M-W-F). I tried getting up early every day, but I was dragging by the end of the week.   • I eat Twix bars by eating the chocolate off the sides and ends first, then I eat the chocolate and caramel off the top and then I eat the cookie bottom last. I also eat Lucky Charms by eating all the oat pieces first, then I eat the marshmallows in order of least to most according to how many of each shape are left!
  • Definitely wear at least long pants! I did the Warrior Dash in October and wore cargo pants and a t-shirt. The long pants were nice especially going over the obstacles, but they were a little on the heavy side (especially once they got wet). They saved me some injuries to the legs, but I did get a couple scrapes on my arms…
  • I made myself three cups of air popped popcorn for a snack this evening with 1 tablespoon of butter and it was 69 calories. So if you have an air popper you may want to make your own (as long as you have a big purse, like sioannone said!).
