Hoping everyone is having a good weekend. I'm not going to be able to do my workout tonight as I'm babysitting. I am going to start week 2 on Monday, though.

I forgot to post my mileage yesterday and left my journal at home today:sad: I know it was over 5 miles and think it was 5.4. So, that's what I'm going to put and if it was wrong, I'll adjust for today. Good job, everyone.

So, I don't know what's going on with me. I'm a member of the gree team and we had our weigh in yesterday. I was up to 157.8 from 156.4. Today, for our weigh in, I'm down to 155.6. Yeah, that's pretty much what it means. But, don't just suck them in, tighten them at the same time. You should feel like your middle is "scooped" out when you lie flat. Press your lower back to the floor and tighten, and don't forget to breath. Help me out, here, johnblake, as I could be wrong. But that's the way I do it.

I had to take today off from working out as I had an appointment after work and now I need to get to bed:yawn: So, I'm going to do my situps Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for this week then back to Monday, Wednesday and Friday next week.
