Good job, ladies. I went yesterday after work and burned 430 calories. Grammy, I'm not sure what the number on the tube means either. Maybe I'll ask when I go Monday morning.

Well, finally back on track after being sick and having a pinched nerve in my stomach. Did 5 miles on the elliptical tonight.

Thanks, Georg. It's feeling better now. I've only been going to mine for 4 weeks and go in the morning so I don't know about the afternoons.

Thanks. Didn't end up going today because I want to go to 24 Hour Fitness for my cardio. But, I will go tomorrow morning.

I did go to Curves tonight but did not do my SmartCurves program. They modified my program to take out the two machines I can't do. I will use the Smart Card…

Oh, I get it. Thanks for explaining. I haven't made it there this week. It's been a crazy week but I'm going to go in the morning, then I guess Friday will be an 80% day for me and back to 100% on Monday. I do my measurements this Friday:noway:

4 mile walking dvd tonight. Didn't feel like going to the gym and it was just too hot to go run after work.

Well, didn't make it this morning as I had a dr. appointment so I will be going tomorrow. I'm not going to use my SmartCurves card because I don't want to confuse the program for Wed. and Friday so I will just have to rely on my HRM to make sure I'm getting a good workout in.

Did 8 miles today. I only ran 3 because my legs are sore from yesterday.

No Curves till Monday. I get measured Friday. I'm going for an eight mile walk/jog this morning and tomorrow is my rest day. Have a great weekend, everyone:flowerforyou:

6 miles total yesterday. I did a two mile walk at lunch then a 4 mile walk/jog after work. I jogged pretty much the whole thing, which is great for me. I tried a new technique for speed and I think it helped:bigsmile: Going for some more miles now. Have a great day!

Did my workout this morning. Hit 3 yellows but the trainer said it's probably because I was bumped up from Wednesday's workout. I burned 265 calories on my HRM but don't remember what the computer said.

grammy, did you burn all that just at Curves? Had a really good workout today:happy: I had all green dots on my computer person and burned 271 calories. My PI was increased to 11. I'm starting to feel some tightness in my ab and oblique areas that I haven't felt in a long time. Plus, I know my legs are getting stronger…

Yep, back for me, too. But, I didn't have very much energy so I wasn't at 100%. How was everyone else's weekend?

The way it was explained to me is that everyone automatically gets the same amount of calories for the recovery boards because, obviously, there is no way to monitor what you do on the board. So, for me, I think it depended on how hard I went on the recovery board that made the difference. I hope this makes sense:wink:

Went this morning and did my first full workout on SmartCurves. My calorie burn on the computer was 216 and my HRM was 230. So, it's pretty accurate.
