I did the ET again with my new HRM. 60 minutes at a 6 cross ramp and 9 resistence. Burned 1000 cals. So much better than my other HRM but now I'm wondering if 1000 is too much.

Have you had your thyroid checked? This happens to me once in a while, but I also have nodules on my thyroid. I do have pronounced swelling in my neck on the side the nodules are on that changes size depending on how much fluid is in them. Maybe you have a nodule?

If I read the story right, it was the grandmother who filed bankruptcy, not the birth mother. Also, I don't think the house in Whittier is the "new" house, as in an earlier article the grandfather said the birth mother and children would be moving to another house that no one would be able to find.

Do you use the cals burned from the machine? If so, if you were to do an hour you'd have 840 cals burned, which is still way more than me. I just can't figure out why I don't burn as much as other people.
