I don't have milk, purely because I do not like the taste... in just about anything... Then learning how they are treated solidified my choice now I will never have milk again ever more than likely... It is shameful, and to be honest, not needed and not tasty by one bit haha :D cheese I love still though...

Nah, each to their own I figure, however non meat products are awesome... no one can deny that! :D And quite frankly, no one can deny that a properly cooked pork or beef steak is one of lives tastier pleasures! :D However, if I had to choose one or the other, meat would loose, I love meat I do, but veggies and that variety…

The DSM IV is kinda out of date and stupid... No offence to psychs in training or those in practice, but those who have known or experienced an ED, know it is utter bull the classifications the DSM uses currently... sorry, it is stupid, that is the truth of the matter.

I prefer the word light instead of skinny... Sure, I will be skinny, even borderline underweight or worst, but that is societies issues. Mine is performance, lighter = increase in performance till a certain point. Sure eventually I cannot lose else it hurts performance which is bad, but just because YOU want to lift heavy…

Nothing? I think it is true though, junk makes you feel junk so you feel junk... if you eat healthy and for your body rather than emotions, you eat and feel good and are skinny, hence nothing tastes as good as skinny feels... That my take on the phrase anyway... might not be what it initially started out as, but healthy…

Nah, we aren't the first humans to have evolved thus far and wont be the last, sure we will eventually become extinct, and you know what? Another human race will take over... So no, we humans are not going anywhere anytime soon, we are here to stay. Y2K wasn't the end of the world as people say, it was a panic in the IT…

Honestly, carbs aren't the enemy, it is processed and carbs from grains that are. Fill up on veggies, have meat, and your good to go. Healthy, no bad carbs, and you'll be full. Heck I had 100g meat this afternoon, and do not even feel hungry in the slightest at the moment! Carbs are rubbish, or bad processed, grain based…

If your an android fan then at least what OS your running and which ROM/Kernel setup? Overclocked, underclocked? what? As for iPhone 5, I think it is great, love it to be honest... Then again I am security/software and hardware engineer... So I mess around with more than a few devices :P but yea... I work for an apple…

/thread... apparently the nutritionalists and dietetic associations recommendation that got everyone fat in first place ha infiltrated us... Body doesn't digest food in 4-6hrs... can take up to 72hrs to fully digest all the food. So only risk starvation mode after 72hrs no eating. Also 2000 calories or more? Why? Does it…

Bread is an empty useless carb filled mess usually... And milk? OMG... You have any idea how bad it can be for you hahaha... Unless you farm your own milk and don't add anything etc then it is good... I mean seriously... The only excuse people use for milk is oh calcium usually... And to be honest, it isn't the best source…

True, that was my problem also... That is why now I follow eating windows rather than traditional patterns... works much better for me... You should try it.. Say an 8-10hr window where you can eat your days calories in, after and before that window, you can't consume calories. Say I eat from 2pm till usually 10pm each day,…

It aint hard... up protein and fats, lower carbs, train more.... rinse and repeat..

Ok, seem as your original posting was rude and too the point... Mine is simple... Deal with it, chances are if your not hungry, your likely eating too much, in time you get used to hunger, it drives you, makes you happy... Hell I realised I am thirsty and not ACTUALLY hungry.. I can eat 10-15 pieces of chicken though…

Technically speaking... crash diets do work... it is how you reintegrate normal eating that changes the whole story... I mean fasting works awesome... Eating then liquids, then small amount solids, then increasing by 10% per week for intake works at maintaining... but people don't, they eat junk, they eat loads after…

Yep :D big fan of the series haha, the game they play between each other is just awesome, I love it ^_^ To me tickers are great, they do bring ppl together, but also when you see yours... you want to show you are making progress yourself as well :D so you work harder to show you are not being lazy, it can be motivating too…

That amount in that time... Yes unhealthy.. I can do it too, but I know from experience it is a road best left alone.... Your making permanent changes, losing weight as a result. Eventually yes, you will have to drop to a bit unhealthy to lose the last bit, but until you get to 5-10 lbs left, you absolutely do not need to…

Noooo not L >.> Maybe Ryuzaki.... :P Oh man that series was awesome :D thanks for bringing back good memories haha ^_^
-
Nope because why? I have lost 60lbs since Jan 10th... I needed new motivation, so reset my ticker... ' All my logs, weight values are stored on site if need be, but tickers are for me... and for MY motivation, personally, and no offence intended, but screw everyone else. This is ultimately MY journey.... I have friends on…

Meh I didn't feel like eating yesterday before a surf session so just had a nice big spoon of peanut butter... Quick easy and tastes great... what more could I ask for hahahaha

Hahahaha the title etc made me laugh and do a double take :) Great job on the loss! But maybe I'm not only one but I laughed at title as I thought you meant you were HAPPY and WANTED to be overweight haha :D anyway grate and good job :)

If you train a lot it is very sustainable. Also weekly targets I aim for not daily.... Humans did not evolve eating by the clock..l scientific factor you right there.... Carbs? Sure but actually considering health experts and running coaches are finding in studies a high carb intake actually impedes weir loss and decreases…

Holy cow batman.... Who hates foods? Where were you all brought up? Super rich countries or something? I didn't use to have that privilege, so I got used to just eating.. Food is food, I couldn't afford to be picky, because of that I don't dislike anything really... even haggis isn't bad IMO... However, If I could like one…

By way, while in theory that is true... it doesn't hold up in practice... most proteins are slow digesting so you wont be trying to absorb 30g or what ever is limit all at once... just sayin....
-
Eat more protein LOL... Enough protein? ENOUGH PROTEIN????? Is that even a possibility? I mean protein is just awesome... it is the building blocks of life itself! Muscle is made from protein, the heart is a muscle, so without protein your heart dies, so eat protein, besides MFP is screwed up... The protein is WAY too low…

Well, I eat a lot when I do eat, however I often can forget to eat and training keeps that in check as I eat because of training... Days I do not train I don't often see point of eating but because family is around and dinner is a family affair, I end up eating dinner.... Otherwise I would quite happily eat only when I…

When I am hungry... that enough? People over think these things, were we genetically programmed on a timer to eat 5-6 times a day? NO... not even close, sometimes we went days without food and sometimes we ate a few times.... Our bodies know what to do, so eat when hungry and only when hungry is the best thing anyone could…

They see me rollin' they hatin'

I just checked your diary you seem to be going over your carbs almost consistently and same with going under on protein... I would suggest trying to focus on 50-80g carbs a day MAX and see how you feel and what happens, and up your protein intake.... Also 15km a week, is that in total? Or per session? Would be nice to know…

Because your eating close to 1700c and you might be eating too much? Seriously... Carbs aren't the best friend in the world for active people when trying to lose weight, they are a tool for loading when racing etc, but practically useless to us really...I mean like heavy carbs so excess of 100g max a day... I think perhaps…

No idea goal, but at moment comfortable in size 30 jeans and some 28 jeans... Maybe eventually 24/26... but umm it's hard enough to find 28 in mens, so how I'll find 24/26 I have no bloody idea :'( I swear, vanity sizing must affect men too as a 34 is just plain HUGE, 32 is ok sometimes but I know a 30 is safe bet and…
