Kind of a stupid question but check my diary for today... I know pita bread = 200c around, popcorn bag = around 220c, then rest I'm having vodka + diet coke... I am full after pita bread.... Intermittent fasting...
Quick question, what is the general idea and is protein shakes allowed for say when wake up and around 2/3pm? Only have one meal a day and want to make sure I get enough protein for my ultra training and weights.. So thoughts on using 2 protein shakes during the "fasting" portion?

Ok, I am having one meal from tomorrow, the rest so breakfast, lunch are shakes. If need be, snacking allowed, however no "meals" besides supper/dinner. thoughts? I know it works, I have also 15-18 tablets I am taking throughout day as supplementation. I still want thoughts though :) Essentially high protein, low fat, low…

Eating back training calories...
Ok, a question. Your opinion, do you think one should? I mean I burnt 2887 calories today. So almost 3k calories. Should I eat back, or just eat and not worry as essentially that is almost say 4.5k calories I would need to eat today...
