Am I nuts?

Kind of a stupid question but check my diary for today...
I know pita bread = 200c around, popcorn bag = around 220c, then rest I'm having vodka + diet coke...
I am full after pita bread.... Not sure if even will have popcorn but logged in case....
I've adopted essentially eating only after 7pm as a normal thing... 6pm also fine... anything after 6pm as at 5-6/7pm is my training... So eat after training...
I eat sometimes a few meals. sometimes a single meal... today I am full after a pita but have been 20hrs without food... I am eating until 12 (Because eating= calories really... so calories = drinking = 12am as don't wanna stop drinking...)
Am I nuts?
Ok this isn't a normal day, but still...
Normally fill up my 4-6hr eating window with veggies, salad and protein... meat or fish really... But today, why am I not hungry at all? I'm losing consistently so that not issue, I am building muscle fine and also increasing strength... all cool... but why the sudden change in appetite...
As example, I struggled to do 1 pullups a few months ago... now can complete 4 sets of 10 reps... could only do 3-4 one arm pushups, now about 10 on each.... I'm doing great other than my appetite seems to have hit a non caring I don't wanna nor feel like eating wall... am I nuts? Or after a while does your body just adjust to one main meal a day and snacking throughout...?

If you normally fill up your eating window wtih good foods and today all you eat is pita bread and maybe some popcorn, then that's not going to make much difference in the long run.
Eating nothing but < 400 calories of pita bread and popcorn everyday = bad. Don't do that.0
