Creatine and running?

Just want to check what the forums ideas are on taking creatine whilst training for an ultra marathon...

I also as a side note am training to do a sub 20m 5km and getting very close to it at roughly 22:30m for my 5km...

I just want to get an idea on peoples thoughts and ideas on the matter.

Currently taking iron (I don't eat enough, mainly meat but meh...), phenedrine and creatine as well as whey protein after a long run say anything over 2-3hrs...

So, I know asking this forum usually results in some silly remarks, but this kinda is important... I wanna break 3hrs for my 110km cycle race next year and start training for 100mile running events... Will creatine help at ALL... and in what way...
