  • I eat a few fruit cups a day (2 - 3 sugar free fruit cups) and some fresh fruit as well. It keeps your appetite curbed and is healthy! As long as it's not all you're eating you should be fine. :)
  • A veggie omelet is always a quick easy breakfast. For snacks, I suggest sneaking a few fruit cups (mandarin orange, pears, or mixed fruit) that are sugar free and munching on them when you get a quick break. Cheese sticks, healthy Special K cereal/granola bars are good, or just a bag of fresh fruit/veggies. Good luck!
