  • Ugh I know! And tonight when I went out to dinner the place didn't serve alcohol! It was byob and I didn't know. My meal was a whopping $18 (I hate spending a ton on food) and then I indulged in chocolate cheesecake instead. Hello 800 calories :) Beer is better than that for sure ha ha

  • Lol I never thought about that. I decided to just up my level of calories burned from daily activity. Basically increased my BMR. Thanks for the advice!
  • Also, I forgot to mention, your metabolism will shut down and you won't be burning any calories. You'll become a mass of fat with no muscle tone, weakness, and a ton of lethargy! I'm currently a senior majoring in exercise physiology and this was highly stressed in class as a big DON'T!

  • The elliptical trainer is much better because you are utilizing more muscle groups while you work out. I actually recently learned this in my sports physiology class in school :)
