  • I'm still working on the anterior arm raise, I am using a 5 pound weights throughout the whole workout but I really think that I am going to use the 3 pound for this particular one. Still feels a little weird when I go to the right but I guess as it progresses, I will get it. Still doing the modified push ups too!

  • lololol I get that too but my co-worker has been pretty good and has been helping me out. Yesterday I just wanted ice cream and warm cake and she absolutely won't come with me to the supermarket, so I ended up snacking on tea and some nuts lol thank goodness!   • I think that really depends on the person and how hard you push yourself during the workout. I tracked mine by using my HRM and I burned about 200 calories. But I am sure if I really pushed myself I might be able to burn a little bit more.
  • I do not eat back my exercise calories, sometimes maybe I might about 50 calories but it's not on purpose. I have my calories set at about 1575 I think and that was a calculation I came up with base don TDEE and some other something or the other, I can't remember now.
