if you are eating it right then and there, ripe avacado and salt to taste and finely chopped red onion to taste.

I get the oatmeal there, it's nice and quick for breakfast, it's in the frozen section, steel cut oats. I guess a lot of the frozen berries for shakes and things of that nature.

My heart rate monitor clocks me at roughly between 210-220 calories burn whenever I do the 30DS. I am 5' 1" and 145 pounds.

Nothing too crazy...dried cranberries, sliced almonds, few pine nuts, mixed greens, spinach, steamed frozed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn and green beans), olive oil, balsamic ving...these days...sometimes the same salad added tomatoes and cucumbers, or apples, other days same salad with jerk chicken...ooooohhh soooo…

Dry beans, kidney, garbanzo, lentils, black, etc. Nuts, Nut butters - almonds, peanut. All kinds of nuts and seeds. That's what I use anyways when I am fasting of meat for a month. Sometimes, I use cheese but very rare.

In place lunges, jumping jacks, there's also one with the arms, where you make little circles and then medium and then large, I don't know the name, I will find out for ya.

I am 5'1 and weigh 147 at the moment and would like to be at around 130 for now, ultimately 120.
