go to youtube and use the search feature, you'll find more than you know what to do with and I'm someplace in the mix you will find some that you like.0

This is one of my favorite sites. Options to filter for Seniors, Runners, areas of the body, and much more.0 -
I used bodyrock.tv on YouTube every once in a while. The workouts are short, but intense.0

Such great advice. I was wondering the same thing. Thanks for all the info0

I was just about to ask the same!
I did these two hip hop dance videos:
http://youtu.be/_MhyCANOL-U
http://youtu.be/JJpvv5lwEjw
They're good fun and I repeated the last ten minutes of them with the full dance routine!
Anyone else got any which are fun, which you spend all your time MOVING (I hate my heartrate coming back down whilst I watch something!!) and which don't require accessories like weights, exercise balls etc etc. I just want to follow dance routines around the living room with the cat staring at me like I'm mental....0 -

Hasfit.com
Befitin900 -

If you have Netflix, check and see if they have any for streaming, I'm pretty sure I saw some at one point. But i second youtube. Bodybuilding.com has some too, but most of those are for lifting. Google around as well. Just use a variety of similar searches.0

Bodyrock.tv is the best! Short, intense workouts and they always break the different exercises down and show you the proper form. Same with Zuzana Light on YouTube. People think they need all the equipment that they use on bodyrock.tv, but if you have some free-weights or get creative adding phone books or something to a backpack, you can do just about all of the routines. They usually show you how you can modify it, too.0

hey you can also find tabata workouts on youtube.

Download Vuze...
Torrentz.com
Search any videos (Insanity, P90x, JM, etc.)
And download, and now you have a collection of all workout videos...good luck0 -

If you have an ipod etc you can record your own music to dance to. I do 1 hour of Pitbull, Enrique, Rihanna. JLo etc, something with a good beat. :glasses: :smokin:0 -
