My drive has increased because I dont feel as if I need to hide anymore. He has always loved my body no matter what but I havent. Its amazing now that I can leave the lights on, not wear a Tshirt, Or feel like Im disgusting becaue everything is jiggling! Its amazing when you lose inches how much more is visable. haha

I got mine at Best Buy for around 75 bucks, Its a polar ft4. It has a chest strap and watch monitor. I like it

I am 5ft 3in and CW is 156. I started at 183 on MFP. My heaviest was last December at 189. I have been around 162-159 since about May. The weight has just started coming off again in the last 3 weeks. I try and run every other day depending on my schedule. I want to run in a 5K this October. Add me if you like.

I know how you feel. I was fitting in to smaller clothes, giving my big ones to good will, having small measurments and then I took my July progress pictures and thought oh my gosh I havent changed a bit. I was so discouraged that I still look like that. My friends tell me different but are they just being nice?

Same thing happened to me. He proposed at Christmas last year when I was 183 lbs. I started losing weight in Jan so now my ring is to big. I just wear it on my middle finger.
