I bring protein bars, and oatmeal with me when I travel. I also take a small DVD player or laptop and a workout DVD to do in the room, or I make sure that I stay at a hotel with a gym. Good luck:smile:

I had the same problem with my husband. Ultimately HE had to be the one to decide that he wanted to workout and feel better about himself. I did my share of pleading with him to come to the gym with me. I'm not sure what happened but one day after begging him to come he finally said that he would. One he started working…

I'm in the same boat. 5'4" 128. I'd at least like to get down to 120 - 115. I too have an all day desk job. So I feel your pain.

I forgot to mention protein shakes! I funnel the powder into a bottle of water a shake. Delicious!

I don't have a break either and eat at my desk. If you have access to a microwave you can cook your own veggies and bring them up to work to reheat. My fav is cauliflower. I also eat rice cakes, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, brown rice, celery and hummus. Hope this helps.
