Well This is a cool Thread! I just started training for a bikini competition. I broke my back in Sept of last year causing me to lose a lot of weight and muscle mass. I found a certified coach two weeks ago who is willing to work with me and we are on week two of training. (yes my doctors are okay with this) :)

I've noticed that when I tell people I go to the gym, a lot of them try to get me to go to cross fit. "You should try it, it's so awesome, you'll love it!" That's great for you, but I've tried it and it's not my thing. Even my close friends keep trying to get me out of my gym and into cross fit.

Also try bodybuilding.com. They have several workout routines you can pick and choose. Lots of great info on that site.

To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, Hey, can you give me a hand? You can say, Sorry, got these sacks
