Hi im 5" 6 and currently weight 138lbs and am between a 10/12 most of my clothes are a 12, but that because of my hugh thighs. I can wear 10 tops though. But definately depends on what shop im in.

Wow you seriously look amazing, I want your legs. I have currently lost a stone, and am 9 stone 12 but still have my massive thighs, butt etc, your legs are definately my new insperation!!!

Hey, I love Turkey Chilli, I use Turkey Mince, Chopped italian tinned tomatoes, garlic, chilli powder (amount dep on how hot you want it) tinned baked beans. This is so tasty and so low in calorie compared to normal chilli :-)

I like either leftovers from my low cal dinners or I eat weightwatchers microwave meals as they are easy to track calories while eating something yummy/healthy.

Hi, I have been on 1200 calories for quite a while now, i have the odd day where I find it hard but most days I find this a reasonable amount to stick too. If i feel the need to eat more than 1200 then I just do a small workout to add a few extra calories.

I just do some extra exercise do i can eat the things that im craving, if not just be good the rest of the week :-)

hey, try turkey mince shepherds pie, we even replaced the potato with swede and leek mash, was very tasty and very low in calorie and then all you have to do is add your prefered veg :-) :-)

I only get a 30 minute lunch break but as we are so short staffed in the NHS I dont tend to take much of a break at work and just eat at my desk most days. But I think trying to slot some in the morning may help. All very helpfull suggestions, keep them coming :-)

Thanks all for the advice so far, I do try to work it in, but as you say I make excuses for not doing it a lot of the time through lack of motivation. Yeah I will make a exercise calendar for the first few weeks to get me into the habit of slotting it into my daily routine. Any ideas for good forms of high calorie burning…

I have got 9lbs to loose by the summer. managed to get down to 141lbs but cant get any lower. Christmas definately didnt help but 4 holidays booked this year so determined to look good in a bikini :-) so definately count me in x
