I have exactly the same problem. I spend the weekend at friends mostly and you cant really say no to what ever food or drink they offer without seeming completely rude. I do this too..... :-) I thought i was the only one. I do squats etc when going on a toilet break, waiting at the photocopier and also while I wait for my lunch to heat if in microwave at work :-) Definately makes me feel better x

I want reach my target of 133lbs by the end of March currently 135.8 so 3lbs to go. I have set myself fitness targets so last month acheived 18 hours of exercise in Jan/Feb want to do 20 hours in March :-) Good luck everyone with your targets, feel free to add me if you need any support

I forgot about lent this year..... must keep up to date just cant believe how quick its come round. Not sure what to give up this year though as everything I would normally give up im eating at a minimum quantity of anyway, maybe bread, thats always a big one for me??? ideas?

Hey, im having the same problem, all my friends are in long term relationships/have children, everyone I work with are older/I wouldnt go there, and there are no local groups for people of my age(23). When I do go out to bars, men seem to be only after one thing whereas I am looking for something more serious. Im stuck too…

I love Turkey Mince Shepherds pie with swede and carrot mash on top (instead of potatoe) or crack pot stew minus the potatoes and serve with a variety of veg :-) :-)
