i dont think its anything to worry about, but i actually thought that the more active you are the less heavy it should be. but its probably different for everyone. if it's not causing you extra pain, just extra bleeding, i would keep working out.

yeah, your weight fluctuates a lot in a day, so make sure you weigh in at the same time everyday, and in the same clothes, or lack there of ;) i weigh myself at about 10 a.m. after breakfast, and naked. that way it is as accurate as possible, i believe.

thats not too low, but you should make some mini-goals first so you can feel accomplished along the way :) also, look up your BMI it will tell you what a healthy weight range is for you

i have been told that if you work out a lot when you are sick that it will delay your recovery. its probably true because i keep working out everyday since i have been sick and i am still sick. it's been like 2 weeks atleast. but i know i will gain weight if i dont work out, it sucks!! lol

i just got some better n peanut butter. it has only 100 cal. per 2 tablespoons. it's pretty good. i have a total peanut butter addiction :)

i work at pizza hut. and honestly, there are no very good options besides a salad, and we don't even have any light or fat free dressing. working all day is soooo hard when i am hungry, especially when i work during buffet.

me too girl! i'm in the EXACT same boat. total loss of 70 and i've gained 7 back. lets have a competition?? see who can get the 7 back off first? dude i dont know i need help too lol. i'm very dissapointed in myself, but can't seem to get on track with food. call me! love you.

totally know how you feel. i am always worried about how long i will be able to work out in the day. if i have a long work day i get upset that i wont be able to work out as long as usual. sick of being obsessed

the bigger you are, the faster you will lose. it will slow down eventually. i think the reason they say its not good to lose that fast is you are more likely to gain it back. watch biggest loser, they all lose that fast. i say good for you!! just keep it up, and if it really worries you, see a doctor. ;)

do you read books? i like to read while i am on the exercise bike. if its a good book, it makes the time fly by :) also i like to do wii fit. there are fun games and you forget you are even working out.

I know it probably sounds dumb now, but you get used to it, in fact you will start to like the healthier stuff more.
