Welcome aboard you two. How are you doing? This weekend I had to cheat on account of the wine and food festival but I am jumping back in on the healthy wagon today.

People ask all the time especially my boyfriend but I just say no. At first I got annoyed at work because at potlucks it was hard to say no but instead i found healthy recipes to bring to work and they love it..
