Hello! My height is 5'6"--current weight 134. Goal weight #1: 130 Goal weight #2: 125 I have lost 16 pounds so far, but the closer I get to 130 the harder and harder it is to lose weight!

Hello All, I like this thread. I too am 5'6". Currently I am 134 (down from 150)--aiming at 125 area. I was aiming for 130, but I inherited tiny legs, so all my fat is stored in belly region. Greek yogurt! Fage 0% has 23 grams in a cup! I put that in smoothies. And lots and lots of fiber via vegetables and fruits. I find that if I eat around 80-100 grams of protein a day I feel really healthy and satiated. Also drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (especially if you are consuming a lot of fiber) Hope this helps!

I think I will start eating back my workout calories, as I have hit a plateau! I work out 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes walking with my dog most days.
