Some great advice on here! Another idea also is to include some meat free meals during the week. Mine's Tues am because I started on a Tuesday and also because that's one of my gym days and I use the gym's scales! :)

Usually yoga pants and a sports singlet - have worn shorts more recently as I am losing weight and gaining confidence to do so!!!! (plus it's the height of summer here and it's damn hot!)

I used to do a zumba style class (it was called Shabam but the same typew of thing) and I logged it under dancing! :)

I do BodyCombat (punching and kicking martail arts inspired class) three times per week plus walking (hard when the weather isn't so good!). I really love the classes and I have been committed to three times per week since I began using MFP (three months now almost!).

This is so interesting as I have been logging it as 'boxing' and it gives me 497 for 60 mintues, yert the instructors say it is between 800-900 calories (dpeending on hwo hard you work!).
