  • Thanks so much everyone! This is my first week so I will see what the scales say! I will stick with one pound for now and see how it goes! I am loving the community aspect of this site - just awesome!!
  • Interesting! I have done weight watchers before and you are allowed to save your unused calories for a special event etc. It's agood concept and great hear that peple have still done this and lost weight! :) But I think I will only use for special occasions or outings :)

  • Thanks so much for that. Makes total sense - I will add in a few more bits of fruit etc for snacks (perfect timing as summer is about to begin here in NZ and I love strawberries!).
  • So it's okay not to "eat" our extra exercise calories then? The biggest difference I have noticed is that I am genuinely really hungry for each meal. Starting to realise that I didn't alwasys wake up hungry or feel really hungry before each meal. Big realisation!! Thanks for all help :) Go the newbies, he he!!!

  • Thanks everyone! Your help is much appreciated! I was after the cooked amount (I should have said that!) as I am assuming the program is counting the rice quantity as cooked rice rather than uncooked. My usual amount of rice is .5 or .75 of a cup so that's good. So nice to be aprt of the community of people! :)
