Congrats on wanting to lose weight. I have found that the calorie diet is the best for me. Logging my food in, has helped me keep on top of it. It' a great tool to have. Just don't be afraid to get out there and catch your dreams.....Good Luck.

I will be turning 40 this may and would like to get some of the weight off. I have 2 awesome grandbabies that will be 1 years old on saturday. I want to be healthier so I can play with them and be active as they run me all over the house..LOL Any tips and suggestions will be awesome. A lot of support is needed when losing…
