There are vegans that eat Oreos and fries, chips and frozen meals day in and day out, there are bad food choices in every diet. Perhaps increase your whole foods, nuts seeds, vegetables, beans and see if you can find enough choice to meet your nutritional needs then adapt your diet accordingly

I don't consistently, I swim a hundred lengths three times a week and hill walk 5-7 miles 5 days a week, I consider them banked and it enables me to have guilt free days where I can "treat" myself.

For the majority of my adult life I was obese, morbidly obese, now I'm not, but I can't really identify with the woman I see in the mirror, she's not the me I'm most familiar with.

I'm right at the end of my journey, I've lost 166 lbs, I just want to wish you luck and say you really can do it, just take one day at a time and pick yourself up when you fall down, oh and be kind to yourself, firm but kind.
