My go-to to feel full is high protein or high fiber foods... nuts dried edamame popcorn (watch the amount/kind you eat) fruit (watermelon is nice, watch the sugar in some fruits) trail mix (nutty/salty/sweet mix) yogurt (greek) pretzels (not too filling, but can tend to eat a lot for the calorie intake)

Hi Ally! Congratulations on the Shred! I have started that program numerous times, and don't believe I've ever made it that far! lol I've been on mfp for several years, and continue to find myself falling off the bandwagon. How do your clothes feel on you? Are they becoming loose? Remember, as with anything it takes time.…

I'm 28, but still have similar goals. Add me if you'd like to :)

Hello there! My son is almost 2 and I'm still trying to work off the weight from my 2 pregnancies. I have about 24 lbs to reach my pp weight, but have lost 25 thus far. Feel free to add me if you'd like. My family is also trying to clean up our diet along with being more active. Good luck on your journey! :)

Hello Everyone! I have been getting back on the losing wagon, after having my son in 2014 and my second pregnancy that unfortunately ended too early this past July. I gained about 50-60 lbs throughout my pregnancies. I am currently approaching the weight I was when I started MFP many years ago. After many months of…

While you are pushing a stroller, I would expect it to be less work than carrying an infant. I baby wear on occasion with my almost 2-year old. My suggestion to find out exactly is to get a heart rate monitor. I find that apps and equipment overestimate... for example, my gym's elliptical estimates about 1/3 more than what…

We are here to help, but we will need more information. What are your goals, how do you plan losing the weight, do you have friends to help motivate you, etc.

I began this losing weight journey again after having my son, soon to be 2 and my miscarriage in July (baby should have been born in a few days from now :'( ) I was severely depressed and blamed my weight for losing my baby. So, here I am putting it out there. I've lost 20 lbs in the last 3 months, and still have quite a…

Feel free to add me. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 3 months, looking to lose about 30 more before setting a new goal for more to lose. ;)

Welcome to mfp. I find using the mobile app a little more convenient as my phone travels with me. Good luck on your journey.

It happens. You have to learn from it and move on.

You look amazing, and it's inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

You set your own goals to achieve. Congrats to your success, and I hope you continue to meet your goals!

That's awesome! Keep up your good work, and I'm sure you'll get those few extra pounds off

I have never gotten rid of my clothes after losing weight unless I just didn't like them any more... I have a history of yo-yo weight, and I find it very difficult to shop and find things for the proportion my body is. Also, I am currently losing again, and have finally went down a size after dropping 20 pounds. I will…

I put on clothes and went to work yesterday, not realizing how baggy my clothes were... I guess I will be digging out some of my smaller clothes soon :D

Are you in a calorie-deficit, consistently? Try making sure you are logging everything to get below your target calories. I agree sweets are good, but try limiting them. Try eating foods that make you feel full such as protein-rich foods (few nuts, fish), or high fiber foods (most vegetables). Moderation is key, and…

You may try this in the food and nutrition board... a lot of foodies in there ;) I try to eat healthier, not that that's always healthy. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)

My first goal is pre-pregnancy weight... so about 50 pounds... I ultimately need to lose more than that.

I work full-time, but have a 21 month old... Could you find things to do outside the home, such as museums, libraries, play cafes?

Look up babywearers international and see if there are local chapters near you. This will help you make sure your baby carrier is ergonomically safe for your baby, as well as, help you find a carrier/style to wearing that is very comfortable. This can allow you to wear baby while doing things you need to get done around…

Hello! I am a working mom, but have a 20 month old that I gained about 75 pounds with. He weaned at 14 months when I was expecting number 2, but unfortunately ended in miscarriage. I went through a lot of depression and gained more. I am now ready to lose weight, again, in hopes to having another little one. Feel free to…

This is tough to control. I've dealt with depression for years, and a lot from my diet, unfortunately I've dealt with it through eating... I know, a negative cycle. Now I am back to trying to lose the weight again.

Feel free to add me. I have had yo-yo weight all my life it seems. I'm currently working to get to pre-pregnancy weight which is about 40 lbs. I am so mad at myself because I was in such good shape before my son. but we can lose this weight :#

Feel free to add me. I am 28, and am trying to lose weight, but mostly just be healthy.

Feel free to add me... geek in some ways... ;-)

Being a woman, it could be a number of things. I personally gain a few pounds (water weight) before my period starts and it doesn't go away until after. That being said, I stay bloated and some of my clothes just do not fit as well. Also, it could be a sign of pregnancy; that was the first sign in my first pregnancy. I had…

I was watching it too! I never thought about the end results and that much loose skin. I think it has more to do with how much damage your skin has gone through and how long.
