I've been swimming for nearly 2 years now (I'm up to almost 4miles a week). I initially lost a lot of weight and I have much more tone in my arms and legs. But I still have a tummy that won't go away. It might not solve all your problems but that's what cross-training will do for you. Maybe weights a couple times a week…

Ok. I have a walk app that's similar...GPS map and timer. I'll put that one on too next time.

LOL...yeah today is my day to run...and it's snowing (that's spring in Colorado for you)!

I downloaded the free version but immediately upgraded to get rid of the ads.

Where do you check your mileage? I don't see where that's recorded or I'd share (I've only done 2 runs) .

Ok, that's your opinion and your choice. But is there a dietary difference? As long as it's not one of those flavored processed pockets, I'm not aware of any difference.

Forgive my ingornance....what's wrong with instant? A minute in the microwave and done!

Good point. I like a snack between 100-170 calories.

Because otherwise, I'd be filling up on chocolate. (GRIN)

YES! It will, it will just take some time. Same with toning your triceps. Keep at it! :)

I weigh every morning but expect to see 1-3lbs fluctuations in my weight. Water retention is the main issue. As long as there's an overall downward trend, I'm happy.

Me too! I don't really have a weight loss goal. I just wanted to get off the blood pressure medicine (AND I HAVE)!!!!

Thanks! I've been considering a tummy tuck after I get to my goal weight.

Kimberbass- Have you tried the "MY RECIPE" section? I just put all the ingredients in there and then divide it by the number of servings. Then next time I don't need to trying and make a guess. "Yeah I'm kinda confused about the whole how many calories I should eat thing. My profile states I should stay around 1200.…
