ok...i'm 52.5... I've never run before in my life - I swim. In fact, I swim nearly 4miles a week - so I have stamina and air. But no legs. I was at the grocery store last night and bought the same old snacks. Mostly nuts and low-fat cheese. But I'm bored with those. I get my fruits and veggies as part of my "regular" meals. I need ideas for healthy snacks. What do you eat?
